Do you work all over Spain?

We work throughout the peninsula except in the Basque Country and Navarre, which have their own tax regimes.

As a self-employed person, what documentation do I need to provide you to process the registration?
  • DNI NIE ID.
  • Social Security number, if you have worked before.
  • Bank account number to direct debit the registration as self-employed in Social Security.
  • Signed authorization for us to be able to present the registration in Social Security.
  • Information about the activity you are going to carry out to choose the Economic Activities code.
And as a company, would you also be in charge of registering it in the Advisory Office?

We are an Entrepreneur Assistance Point (PAE). We take care of the entire process, except for the signing of the Deeds before the Notary. We will promptly inform you of all the documentation necessary to register the Company in all the necessary Registries.

How do I send you the documentation?
  • Initially, you can send the documentation by email to our email address info@pologroup.es.
  • Later, once we are working together, you can upload the files with the documentation to the online document manager that we provide for free on our advisor portal. You will be able to access all the information about your business whenever you need it from any platform (PC, tablet or mobile).
How long does it take to register me?

The usual deadline is 24 hours in the case of self-employed workers and about 48 hours in the case of companies.

I work with another consultancy. Is it possible to hire your services by changing mid-year?

Yes. It is always advisable to change your advisor at the beginning of the year or at the end of each quarter in case there is a delay in the delivery of the documentation, but the change can be made at any time.

Why is it so cheap?

We are not a Low Cost Consultancy. There are several reasons that allow us to offer adjusted prices:

  • Compared to a traditional tax, accounting and labour consultancy or agency, we can reduce costs in several areas:
    • Local costs for the physical filing of documentation.
    • Local costs derived from having a preferred location visible to the traditional client.
    • Infrastructure, materials, and consumables costs.
  • You only pay for the services you use.
  • Investing in documentation management and filing tools saves time.
  • In the basic and premium plans, the client, while using a tool that facilitates their daily administrative work (invoicing, expense control, financial control of collections and payments), saves us time in the mechanization of invoices.
Is it necessary to have accounting knowledge to use the invoicing program?

No, you can work with the billing program without having any accounting knowledge.

Is it mandatory to use the billing program?

It is not mandatory. Depending on the needs of each client, invoice information can be sent in several ways:

  • If as a client you need an easy-to-use billing program and you also want to have the invoices received collected and keep track of the collections and payments, we will provide it to you free of charge. You will always have all your information updated and reviewed by us, since we will have access to it online.
  • If you already have other means of billing and do not need the program, we would provide you with a simple Excel sheet so that you can enter the income and expense invoices. This Excel sheet will always be available in the online document manager for both the client and the Consultancy.
  • Another solution would be to contract the "Comprehensive Plan" so that you could send the invoices together with the rest of the documentation to be accounted for through the online manager. We will take care of accounting for them.
Why is there a price difference between the different tariff plans?

The main reason is who enters the invoice data. If the client does this work, they are charged less. If the Consultancy is the one who records the invoices, they are charged more.

The other reason is whether or not tax or labor management is necessary. There are clients who have an administrator to do both the accounting and the filing of tax and/or labor declarations. In this case, we would only perform advisory work without taking charge of the management, which means the price is lower.

Is there a commitment to stay?

No. You can unsubscribe from your advisory service without any penalty.

And if I cancel my subscription, what happens to my documentation?

We will provide you with all the documentation you have provided us with, as well as all the taxes, books and accounting records completed up to the end date of the contract. In fact, you would only have to download it from your document manager.
